GUINEA DANCE

This mandala represents the power of one who has learned the joy of being comfortable within their own skin.The Guinea Hen is alert, awake—golden like the sun, fully participating in life. The tiger's eye brings balance at the north, south, east, and west.  The Elderberry center symbolizes the sustenance provided by Nature to all life.

Materials:

The outer ring was created with red Chinchilla saddles, followed by a layer of Guinea Hen plumage. The golden feathers tipped in brown in the third layer are Venery Pheasant paired with Almond Pheasant. The four directional stones are Tiger Eyes, and the center bead is Elderberry.
