SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

From the time we receive your order, the processing time is 7 to 10 business days before your print leaves our printer. Shipping to the West Coast and Central states will take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping to the East Coast takes approximately 7-10 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method, provided the following conditions are met.

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

 
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For original artwork, you may request repair. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@janerivar.com for further instructions.

How to Return an Item
  1. Email us with your order number and state which items you would like to return.

  2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use.

  3. Package the product(s) into their original packaging.

  4. Put the product(s) into shipment packaging and affix your self-purchased return shipping label. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item—unless the item is defective.

  5. Mail your package to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Processing

We will need 14 business days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
