Wearing her royal Peacock headdress, The Empress is considered the source of life, symbolizing her connection with nature and the world. Her beauty, charm, and grace allow her to be the ultimate creator of life, empowered and strong by her duty. She is the personification of unconditional love, teaching us how to extend ourselves unselfishly to others. She offers protection to those she loves, not wanting them to suffer or be in pain. Her role is not to judge, but to stand in the power of the feminine for herself and all the women in the tribe.

A half-circle of common Pheasant feathers is embellished by blue Macaw feathers on top. Green-gold Peacock plumage tucks in below the green eye of the center. Below the eye sits a jewel of Lapis Lazuli capped in sterling silver, along with two iridescent sword beads. This jewel was part of an earring given to the artist by her son. Two layered Peacock sword feathers come together to create the base V, the sign for peace.
